Contacts

Contacts lists every user (someone you identified) and lead (an anonymous visitor). Search, block or delete in bulk.

A contact's profile shows details, custom attributes, companies, device, conversations and events.

Companies

When a logged-in user is sent with a company, Shopxare creates or updates the company and links the contact to it.

Segments

Build segments with filters on fields, custom attributes, events, company and dates. Segments are used in flows, banners and messages.

Import and export

Import a CSV file: map the columns and match existing contacts by user ID or email. Export contacts as CSV at any time.

Events

Send what customers do on your site with Shopxare('trackEvent', name, meta). Events show on the profile and can start flows. See the JavaScript API.

Blocking

Under Settings → Blocking you can block people by contact, email, phone, user ID, IP address or device, and add blocked words that block automatically.
