Developer hub
Build on Shopxare.
Recognise your users, send events, sync contacts, answer from your own tools and connect your store — with a REST API, a small JavaScript API, signed webhooks and plugins.
Everything you can use today. Documented.
REST API
Conversations, messages, contacts and events over HTTPS, with scoped tokens.
JavaScript API
boot, update, show, hide, showNewMessage, trackEvent, shutdown and event listeners.
Identity verification
Sign logged-in users with an HMAC so nobody can pretend to be them.
Webhooks
Signed HTTP calls from workflows, with conversation and contact data.
WordPress & WooCommerce
A plugin with one-click connect, signed users and store data.
Shopify
A theme snippet that recognises customers and sends the cart.
Know the moment something happens.
Every webhook is signed with the workflow’s own signing secret (HMAC-SHA256 over the timestamp and body), sent from a validated public address and retried three times.

Your systems, in the conversation.
The REST API reads and updates conversations, messages, contacts and events. Tokens have scopes, act with the rights of the teammate who made them, and every list pages with a cursor. The full reference is an OpenAPI 3.1 file you can import anywhere.
