- promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
2. Prohibited messaging
You may not:
- send spam, or unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, emails or push notifications without the consent the law requires;
- use purchased, rented or scraped contact lists for campaigns;

3. Prohibited use of the platform
You may not:
- try to gain access to Workspaces, accounts, systems or data you were not given;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
- overload or disrupt the Services, for example by exceeding rate limits, sending automated traffic or denial-of-service attacks;
- circumvent Plan limits, billing, security controls or blocks;
- use the Services to build a competing product, or scrape them;
- resell access to the Services without a written agreement with us;
- use AI features in breach of the AI Terms, for example to generate prohibited content or to make decisions with legal effects about people without human review.
4. Sensitive data
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, do not use the Services to collect or store full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records regulated under HIPAA, or other special categories of personal data beyond what is incidental to customer support. The Services are not designed to meet PCI DSS or HIPAA requirements.
5. Regulated and high-risk uses
Do not use the Services for emergency services, for operating critical infrastructure, or where a failure could lead to death, injury or severe environmental damage.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a Workspace, Messenger or message that breaks this policy, use the abuse report form or email [email protected]. For copyright complaints, see the Copyright Policy.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may remove content, disable a feature, block an End User, suspend or close a Workspace, and report illegal activity to authorities. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We are not obliged to monitor content.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as new risks emerge. The current version is always on this page.
