Invite your team
Add teammates, choose their roles and manage seats.

Invite a teammate
- Go to Settings → Teammates.
- Enter their email address and choose a role.
- They receive an email with a link. The link only works for that email address and expires after 7 days.
Every teammate uses one seat. The number of seats depends on your package — see Packages and usage.
Roles
- Owner — everything, including the package and deleting the workspace. The owner can not be removed.
- Admin — everything except owner-only actions.
- Agent — works in the inbox and with contacts.
- Viewer — can look, but not change.
If your package includes custom roles, you can create your own under Settings → Roles and choose exactly what each role may do.
Change or remove
On Settings → Teammates you can change a teammate's role or remove them. Removing a teammate frees their seat.
