Welcome to Shopxare

Shopxare is one place to talk with your customers: a Messenger on your website, a shared inbox for your team, an AI agent called Are AI, a help center, automation and reports.

Set up in four steps

1. Create your workspace. Sign up, then tell us your company name, website, language and time zone.
2. Install the Messenger. Paste one snippet, install the WordPress plugin or add the Shopify snippet. See Install the Messenger.
3. Invite your team. Add teammates and give each one a role. See Invite your team.
4. Answer your first conversation. Open your own site, write a message in the Messenger and reply from the Inbox.

What to set up next

• Write a few help center articles. Customers can find answers alone, and Are AI uses them to answer.
• Turn on Are AI to answer common questions any time of day.
• Add saved replies for the answers you write again and again.
• Use workflows to assign, tag and close conversations automatically.
