Shopxare connects to ikas through the Shopxare app: you approve it once in your ikas admin and the Messenger is added to every page of your shop.

Connect your shop

1. In Shopxare, open Settings → Messenger → Install and choose ikas.
2. Enter your shop's ikas address, for example myshop.myikas.com — also if your shop uses its own domain — and click Connect with ikas.
3. ikas asks you to approve the Shopxare app. After you approve, you come back to Shopxare and the Messenger is live on your shop.

If your shop has more than one storefront, the Messenger is added to each of them.

What Shopxare can do in your shop

The app asks for one permission only: adding its script to your storefront. Shopxare can't see or change your orders, products or customers.

If you limited where the Messenger may load (Settings → Messenger → Security → Allowed websites), your myshop.myikas.com address is added for you. Add your own domain there too if you use one.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect next to the shop under Settings → Messenger → Install → ikas. The Messenger is removed from the shop. You can also remove the Shopxare app in your ikas admin.

Without the app

You can always paste the HTML snippet into your ikas theme instead.
