WordPress and WooCommerce

Install

1. Download the plugin from Settings → Messenger → Install → WordPress.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and choose the file.
3. Activate Shopxare Live Chat.
4. Open Settings → Shopxare Live Chat and click Connect with Shopxare.
5. Confirm the workspace. The Messenger appears on your site.

What the plugin does

• Loads the Messenger on every page.
• Recognises logged-in users and signs them with identity verification for you.
• With WooCommerce, shows your team the customer's orders and current cart.

Prefer no plugin? Paste the snippet in your theme footer or a header/footer plugin, then clear any page cache.
