Shopify
Add the Messenger to your Shopify theme.

- In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → … → Edit code.
- Open
layout/theme.liquid. - Paste the Shopify snippet from Settings → Messenger → Install → Shopify just before
</body>. - Save.
Logged-in customers are recognised and your team sees their orders and cart.
Identity verification
In the snippet, remove the // in the user_hash line and replace IDENTITY_SECRET with your secret from Settings → Messenger → Security. Theme code is not visible to visitors.
