Help center
Publish articles so customers can find answers alone.
Ta strona jest na razie po angielsku.
Collections and articles
Go to Help center. Group articles into collections (one level of sub-collections is possible) and drag them into order.
The editor supports headings, lists, links and images. Headings get anchors and a table of contents on the public page.
Import articles
Moving from another tool? Click Import on the Help center page.
- From a website — enter the address of your current help center (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Crisp, HubSpot, Document360 or any docs site). Up to 500 articles are read in the background with their collections and images; the images are copied to Shopxare. The text is copied as it is — AI only helps to recognise articles and to group the ones that have no collection.
- From a CSV file — the columns
titleandbody(HTML or plain text), and optionallycollection("Orders > Shipping"),language, status, slug, excerptandkey(rows with the same key are translations of one article). Download a sample file from the import window.
Imported articles are drafts unless you tick Publish right away. Articles whose title already exists are skipped, so importing again is safe.
Languages
Articles can be written in many languages. Each language has its own draft and published version. When you edit a live article, visitors keep seeing the published text until you click Publish changes.
Your public help center
Under Help center → Settings you set the address, brand color, logo, languages and headline, and whether the help center is public. The public pages need no cookies, have search, and include a sitemap for search engines. Visitors can react to articles.
Inside the Messenger
The Messenger's home screen can show a help search card. Customers search and read articles without leaving the chat. Are AI also uses your published articles to answer.
