What a package decides
Each package sets which features you can use and the limits, for example the number of teammate seats, conversations, contacts, workflows, help center articles and the monthly AI budget. The pricing page always shows the current packages.
Usage
The same page shows how much of each limit you have used. When you reach a limit, the app tells you which one.
AI budget
The monthly AI budget is part of your package. If it runs out, Are AI stops and conversations go straight to your team. The owner gets an email at 80 % and 100 %.
