What is CSAT (customer satisfaction)?
The share of customers who were satisfied with one interaction, usually rated 1–5.
CSAT is asked right after a conversation or purchase. The score is the percentage of 4 and 5 ratings. Unlike NPS, it measures a single moment, so it is great for judging how a support team handles conversations day to day.
With Shopxare
Shopxare sends a CSAT card when a chat ends and reports the score per survey, with comments and CSV export.
