What is NPS (Net Promoter Score)?
A loyalty score from −100 to +100 based on how likely customers are to recommend you.
Customers answer one question on a 0–10 scale. People who give 9 or 10 are promoters, 7–8 passives and 0–6 detractors. NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. It is most useful as a trend over time and together with the comments people leave.
With Shopxare
Shopxare can ask NPS automatically after a conversation closes, in the Messenger or by email, and shows your score, the spread and every comment.
