App Terms
Version 1.2 · effective September 3, 2026
These App Terms apply to the Shopxare apps for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android (the "Apps"). They are part of the Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Services through the Apps.
1. Licence
Shopxare, LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, only to access the Services as a teammate of a Workspace. You may not copy (except for backup), modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Apps, except as the law expressly permits.
2. Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with your Shopxare account, either with your email and password or by scanning a QR code shown in the web app. Do not scan sign-in QR codes that someone else sends you. Sign out of the Apps on devices you no longer use; you can also sign a device out remotely in Settings → Security.
3. Sign-in approvals
When the mobile App is set up for sign-in approval, Shopxare may ask you to approve new sign-ins and sensitive actions in the App. Approve a request only if you started it yourself. Each request shows where and when it was made and expires after 30 seconds. If you did not start a request, reject it and change your password.
4. Notifications
The Apps can show notifications for new conversations, replies, mentions and assignments, and you can reply from a notification. You can change which events notify you, the sound, and whether message text is shown in notifications, in the App settings. Notifications are delivered by Apple, Google and Expo as described in the Sub-processors list.
5. Permissions
The Apps ask for permissions only when needed: notifications (to tell you about new messages), camera (only to scan a sign-in QR code, or for video calls), microphone (for calls) and photos or files (only when you attach them). You can change permissions in your device settings.
6. Updates
We may release updates that fix problems, add features or are needed for security. Some updates may be required to keep using the Apps. Desktop Apps tell you when an update is available; mobile Apps are updated through the App Store or Google Play.
7. App stores
If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Shopxare, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App and are not responsible for claims relating to it. For Apps from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on a US list of restricted parties. Your use must also comply with the store's usage rules.
8. Privacy
How the Apps handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
These App Terms end when your access to the Workspace ends or when you delete the Apps. Sections that by nature should survive, survive.
