US State Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and Oregon). It describes how Shopxare, LLC handles "personal information" as a business under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), and similar laws. When we process personal information on behalf of our customers, we act as their service provider or processor, and their privacy notices apply.
1. Personal information we collect
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories, from the sources described in section 2 of the Privacy Policy (you, your devices, our customers and our service providers):

We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric data or other sensitive information beyond account credentials, and we use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7027(m), such as securing your account.
2. Purposes
We use personal information for the business and commercial purposes listed in section 3 of the Privacy Policy: providing and securing the Services, support, billing, communications, improving the Services and legal compliance.
3. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16. We honour Global Privacy Control signals.
4. Retention
We keep each category for the periods described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Your rights
Subject to exceptions in the law, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collected, used, disclosed, sold or shared, and to receive a copy of specific pieces;
- delete personal information we collected from you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (we do not engage in these);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we only use it for permitted purposes);
- appeal a decision about your request (in states that provide this right);
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
6. How to exercise your rights
Submit a request with the privacy request form, by email to [email protected], or by phone at +1 862 727 7373. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice).
Verification. We verify your identity by matching the information you provide with what we hold, for example by asking you to confirm a code sent to your account email. For requests to know specific pieces of information, we may require additional verification.
Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your signed permission. We may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy appeal". We will answer within 45 days (60 days in Colorado). If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
7. Notice of financial incentive
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
