Refund Policy

The public Shopxare plan published on this website is free. There is no card to charge and therefore no refund to issue for that plan.

If we later invoice you for a custom statement of work, professional services or a written order form:

• prepaid unused services may be refunded at our discretion if you cancel before work starts;
• work already performed is not refundable;
• chargebacks should be discussed with us first at info@shopxare.com.

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.
